Peter Friedman
CEO & Founder
Peter has nearly twenty years of experience advising and recruiting industry leaders in quantitative trading and software development in the quant job placement field. Peter has a keen eye for emerging talent and identifying the few candidates that can have a material impact on an organization or project. Before founding Integra Advisors, Peter was the Chief Talent Officer at Teza Technologies, a proprietary trading firm, and investment advisor. As a member of Teza’s management team, Peter was responsible for creating a highly efficient recruiting process, growing a transparent and collaborative culture, and helping develop and pursue the company’s overall growth strategy. Prior to Teza, Peter founded Peter Friedman Associates (PFA), a boutique recruiting firm that focused on components of automated trading including research, statistics, and technology. As a testament to the services provided, PFA retained clients for more than ten years. Peter sits on the board of two charitable organizations; The Valerie Fund and Willa's Wish. A graduate of Colgate University, Peter lives in Short Hills, NJ with his wife, Jennifer, and their four children.
Julia Fisher
Vice President of Recruiting
Julia graduated from Binghamton University with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Law, and joined the Integra team in June 2018. During her time at Binghamton, Julia hosted a weekly radio show, which gave her the opportunity to interact with listeners seeking advice, through which she discovered her passion for listening and providing sound guidance. After doing further research, and with input from family members working in the recruiting space, Julia decided to pursue a career in recruiting, where she can utilize her skills to help provide direction to people in their search for the next step in their careers. When she isn’t learning and working at Integra, Julia enjoys going to the movies, walking her dog, and discovering new places to eat with friends.
Victoria Parkhill

Victoria graduated from Providence College in 2022 with a B.A. in Economics and Women & Gender Studies. During her time at Providence she choreographed for the dance club and enjoyed supporting the basketball team at all the games, Go Friars! Before Integra, Victoria gained experience in both government work and business process testing. Victoria wanted to combine her interest in finance and technology with her passion for meeting new people with recruiting and joined Integra in September 2022. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys staying active, going to the beach, and enjoying time with family and friends.
Kelly Florentino
Advisor
Kelly has over ten years of recruiting experience in the financial services space, with the last eight focused specifically on quantitative trading and technology. Previously Kelly was the Director of Recruiting at Teza Technologies, a proprietary trading firm, and investment advisor. At Teza, Kelly ran all aspects of recruiting, while also working internally to help foster communication and to grow a more collaborative culture.Prior to Teza, Kelly worked for Peter Friedman Associates (PFA) for three years where she was responsible for research, candidate development, and developing market intelligence.Kelly received a MBA in Finance from Fordham University and a BA from Brown University, where she also played on the Women’s Ice Hockey team. Kelly recently transitioned to an advisory role with Integra in order to spend more time with her family in Chatham, NJ.
